How to keep your practice alive

Having completed a mindfulness course it’s important to support yourself on your mindfulness journey.  Your practice can fade very quickly if you let autopilot take over.  You might be fine with your current practices but here’s some free resources that can add variety.

There’s too many to take on board in one go so pick and choose those that feel right for you.  Feel free to get in touch if you have any questions: info@beingmindful.me

Apps to try

  • Headspace – short guided practices with some explanation too
  • Insight timer – A timer so you can practice yourself and show how many others are there with you
  • Chakra Chime – A timer so you can practice alone with a journal too
