Mindfulness courses are usually held in a group setting where we re-connect with our inner-self. We ‘turn towards’ the things we often hide away from, in order to become more familiar with them and aware of we can work with them more skilfully. However, there are times when this is not the best approach and a more private and sensitive setting is needed.
We offer one-to-one mindfulness training to cover this eventuality, whether that is for someone new to mindfulness, or someone who’s completed a course and wants a tailored boost for their practice.
