Whether you’re new to mindfulness or seeking to reconnect with your practice, our 3-week Introducing Mindfulness course offers a concise yet meaningful introduction to mindfulness principles and techniques.
In weekly one-hour sessions, you’ll explore three core themes to enrich your daily life:
- Training Attention – Learn how focused attention can shape and transform your experiences.
- New Ways of Being – Discover practical tools to anchor yourself in the present moment and approach life with greater ease.
- Responding vs. Reacting – Understand the key differences between reacting impulsively and responding mindfully, and how this can improve your well-being.
Led by an experienced teacher, this course combines theory, practical exercises, and group discussions to create a structured, supportive learning environment. Each session builds upon the last, guiding you to integrate mindfulness into your daily routine through simple, manageable practices.
