The beneficial effects of this course are well documented and supported by scientific research, but in order for you to gain the full effect of MBSR it’s important that your teacher has followed a recognised training pathway.  Being Mindful holds a masters degree in teaching mindfulness and registered to teach the original MBSR programme.
