FREE orientation session

Before making a decision it’s good to talk through what the course entails and what it involves.  This is why I offer a free interview where I can answer any questions you may have, plus it helps me to ensure this is the right course for you.

It is preferable to meet in person in Portland Square (BS2 8SR) but we can also talk through things on the telephone or Skype.  The interview usually takes 20-30 mins.  There is no obligation to sign up after the interview, it’s an opportunity for you to be clear before enrolling.




Next CourseS in bristol

Two MBSR courses will start in the New Year  These are 2-hour evening courses that start at 7:00pm and run for 8 consecutive weeks, skipping school holidays where relevant.

HOW TO BOOK

The cost is £250 which includes telephone interview, weekly supporting material, meditation guidance tracks and a retreat day.  Plus a percentage of each full course fee paid is allocated to a concession fund for those who are out of work or on a low income.


A £100 deposit is required upon booking and the remainder is settled before the first evening of the course.


BOOKING AS A COUPLE

If you and your partner would like to enrol on a course together you can claim a 20% discount and save £100 on the joint booking fee, and it’s also possible to spread the cost too.  This can be discussed at the consultation interview.


NHS STAFF

I am happy to offer NHS employees a £50 discount and split the payments into 2 instalments if it makes things easier.


TIGHT BUDGET?

If you are on a low income or not working at the moment we are offering 2 half-price supported places for the New Year courses and some concessions on a first come first served basis.

The group size is usually around 10-12 but sometimes may be smaller or larger, depending on the venue.
